My Account

The 'My Account' page provides information about your business account. It allows you to view charts and analytics that show details about the performance of your business. 'My Account' also shows transaction history for your company assets as well as actionable items such as unpaid invoices, or customers with expiring subscriptions.

Navigating the Dashboard

Each page in the dashboard includes insights about the specifics of your business. The Products page gives the option create new products and track metrics for existing products like sales, impressions and top performers. The Subscribers page shows similar metrics to the product page, but with a focus on your customers. View total subscribers overall, active subscriptions, churn, and a breakdown of every customer. Each customer profile comes with information about the product they purchased, the amount they paid, whether or not they have an active subscription, and expiration dates.
